“Throughout lockdown with working as a GP is was pretty hectic, I let myself go and wasn't prioritising myself enough. I then got in touch with Ross as I knew his approach would be exactly what I was looking for and I'd need his direct but empathetic approach.

He understood my hectic schedule around work, having a family and how trying to incorporate health & fitness could be a struggle.

However, he devised a weights programme that I could do in my garage 3 times a week and made sure the sessions were able to get me maximal gains in a limited time.
