My why

To help people change their lives, it’s as simple as that. I enjoy the interaction of meeting new people and helping them with the varying degrees of injuries, mobility and build confidence in a gym setting. But not only in the gym, in life. I love to hear about how a client receives compliments for their transformation or how how their confidence has increased so much. It really can change your life!

Also, due to my sporting background, I have always had an interest in how certain movements are performed and/or why they have been programmed in such a way. That, alongside the nutrition elements I have been taught and implemented to keep myself fit, I can pass on what works and what doesn’t.

You name it, every type diet and training programme I’ve tried it.

I know what works, and it’s by keeping it simple, basically get strong as f*ck, do what you enjoy and enjoy food with no limits on what you can/can’t eat however in moderation.

Coaching Style - Technical, dry humour, direct, sarcastic with pin point accuracy and a dollop of fun (I promise)

Proud Welshman, loves a social event and terrible at early mornings! Plenty of people can vouch for this…

My background has always been in a mixture of sports; rugby, football, cricket, golf etc. I definitely prefer team sports, cause of the camaraderie that you build and people you meet with having a common goal.....plus the beers and shenanigans afterwards!

Rugby has played a big part of my life, having played semi professional and professional in several countries. Due to these opportunities I have been lucky enough to be coached by some world renowned people in both rugby and strength & conditioning.

I have tried to absorb as much of that knowledge and information to now pass that on to my clients.

I have also owned my own gym franchise for a number of years, and coached busy professionals day in day out. Therefore, I know how to get you results!
